Message.Me which was auction last year for USD 1,350 just sold via Sedo for 20,000 EUR and already offers a cool service:

G.ME for Google+

Apparently, Google was lucky enough to secure G.ME as third one-letter .me name assigned by the registry, following Delicious, which uses D.ME, and Visa, which uses V.ME. The first two transfers happened back in 2011. G.ME was transferred on 20th of April this year.

Hugg.Me

While official .ME auction were going at Sedo, hugg.me was sold last week via GoDaddy for whooping $25k.
