During the routine check on bedo.com, which was recent.ly sold at Search Engine for Domain Offers (a.k.a. SEDO), it was noticed that it is still down, already for a while, waiting for its big day. Sometimes, big investments end up in nowhere.
Never mind that, recent.ly SEDO also sold two “me”-tagged domains:
aroundme.com (US$ 4,600)
playme.ca (US$ 700)

.ME made it to the list of the top 10 most popular ccTLDs (country-code top level domains) sold by SEDO (Search Engine for Domain Offers). For the top nine ccTLDs the spread looks as follows:

Last week .me registry folks released a funny and trendy commercial where they have featured improved image of MEzillla. In addition to it, they have also posted photos of MEzilla on their Facebook fan page. The shots were taken while trotting the globe and promoting new “me” concept (click on the images to zoom in):

As was posted earlier, “try me” is used all over Britain, Sainsbury’s, Boots, you name them. In fact, the whole world.
