Formspring.me uses 4ms.me as a short link
4ms.me is the new formspring.me
Formspring.me started using 4ms.me registered earlier in May this year as its internal short URL.
Why 4ms.me will you ask? It is certainly not the most sexy domain name on the block. The reason probably was that all other short and good looking names were taken and Formspring didn't bother to pay few thousand quids on something more catchy.

Earlier this year, the news was that formspring me is shutting down [http://dot-me.of-cour.se/2010/01/29/what-is-wrong-with-me/#comment-335730].
Now, that the transaction has happened, we can confirm that the service has a new owner:

At the end of the summer FormSpring.Me has rebranded into Spring.Me.
